INFAI has contributed significantly to the development and
use of stable isotopic analysis especially in life sciences such as biochemistry
and medicine. The most advanced instrumentation and techniques such as
NMR-spectroscopy, NMR-microimaging as well as isotope ratio mass spectrometry
are used for structural analysis, molecular modelling, and quality control
of drugs.
